If stairs are difficult for you, please talk to us before booking. We cannot change the building, but we can tell you exactly what is involved and what we are able to do.
What we can confirm today
- Assistance dogs are welcome. The hotel does not otherwise accept animals, but that rule does not apply to a registered assistance dog — you do not need to ask permission, though telling us in advance helps us prepare the room.
- Reception is staffed around the clock, so there is always someone to ask for help, whatever time you arrive.
- Parking — No on-site parking
- Check-in — From 13:30 to midnight. Tell us your arrival time and we will have someone ready to meet you.
What this building cannot do
The hotel has now checked each of these. They are stated plainly rather than softened: if any of them rules the hotel out for you, we would far rather you knew before you booked than after you arrived.
